Mrs Kapiniaris to book a holiday room / house or to say when you will be visiting to view properties to buy/long term rent. I know Mr Kapiniaris personally both as a tourist who has stayed in his holiday rooms and as a previous buyer of land. I have met others who have bought his land and used his services to build their home. You will have your own legal professionals in the purchase process when you are in Greece and therefore any business is conducted directly between you and Mr Kapiniaris, an official real estate business and builder under Greek law.

The ads on my website are direct links to professional companies based in England and their contact details are on their websites. All the professionals encourage you to buy with your credit card for online services and products so that you are protected under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 with your card issuer.

When you leave my website and enter the website of the Ads from my site, you are then entirely dealing with that professional company. Their payment page is said to have at the start of the web address 'https' rather than just 'http'. Some may have a padlock symbol on the payment page in your browser.
