My website was bought and written by me, Anastasia Williams, to sell on my property in Greece. My land is a house plot within a pristine olive grove, that was bought through George Kapiniaris of Koroni Greece in 2006.

In that time I have visited his house building sites, and sat socially in his home with the owners of those houses from Germany, Austria and Switzerland several times. Met English previous buyers in their homes.

I have spoken with an elderly English couple who had their house built by him, who had only good words for George's excellent building work.

A Swiss German couple (Bernadette and Stefan) bought land recently through one estate agent in Koroni, but took on Mr Kapiniaris as builder to renovate their house as he was recommended to them by the couple's German friends. I also met this holiday Anna and Lucas from Bavaria, Germany, who have had their new home built by George and are very happy indeed with his building work.

This is why he appears on my website. He is recommended by previous customers.

Mr Kapiniaris is a known and recommended local builder, not just to build but all the bureaucracy support AND long term maintenance support in rural parts (a rare fact).
